Responsibilities:

• Organize daily calendars and coordinate various meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements;
• Provide secretarial supports and handle personal matters for the Director’s Family;
• Handle personal and other confidential documents as required;
• Assist in daily administrative duties;
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned;
• Occasional travel to China may be required.

Requirements:

• F.7, DSE or diploma graduate or above;
• Working experience in related fields is highly preferred;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• Attend to details;
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Knowledge of Japanese will be an advantage (NOT a must).
