The Job:

• Responsible for HR system administration as well as maintain database and personnel records in ensuring data integrity.
• Take the core role on end-to-end recruitment process, including orientation program.
• Responsible for monthly attendance management, payroll administration, MPF and tax returns.
• Handle procurement of office supplies/printings and pantry supplies.
• Organize staff training and staff relations activities
• Assist in formulating and executing HR & Administration policies and procedures.
• Provide full spectrum of HR and office administrative service to all departments in a professional manner.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as required.

The Person:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources or Business Management.
• Min. 5 years’ relevant experience, with solid exposure in recruitment & selection and compensation & benefits.
• Well-versed in HK and Macau labour ordinance, and other HR related regulations.
• Eager to learn, able to work independently with positive and proactive attitude, as well as strong sense of responsibility.
• Detail-minded with good organizational skills, strong sense of responsibilities, multi-task oriented.
• Effective interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, preferably with spoken Putonghua.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese data entry is a must.
