Job Description
from mid April to mid July
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties to the department, including travel arrangements, etc
- Manage incoming and outgoing mails and correspondences for department
- Prepare monthly reports and reimbursement claims
- Prepare documents and correspondences for meeting
- Any other tasks where reasonable and relevant when required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with at least 2 years clerical / administrative experience preferably in property management industry
- Good communications skill and service attitude
- Self-initiative
- Can meet timeline
- Good in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, with general PC skills
