Job Description
Our client is a luxury beauty brand. To cope with their business development, they are looking for a Receptionist/ Administration Officer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general administration work like office admin, facilities management
- Answer telephone calls including general customer enquiries
- Greet and service clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Handle correspondence including mails and couriers
- Support to the general document works
- Manage conference room booking
- Act as a Management Assistant of a Senior Management to handle his daily schedule and travel arrangement, etc
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- Fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- at least 3 years related experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Mature, helpful, self-motivated with pleasant personality and able to work as a team
- Hands-on PC knowledge including MS Office, MS Excel & internet
- Immediate available is highly preferred
