Our client, a renowned company is currently looking for a suitable candidate to join their HR team.

Duties:

• Work closely with BU managers to support manpower planning
• Perform end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer proposal, to new staff orientation
• Advise managers on HR policies and recruitment strategies

Requirements:

• Degree holder in HRM/ Business Administration or related disciplines 
• Solid recruitment experience in recruitment consultancy firm is a plus 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office with strong numerical and analytical skills
• Detail-minded, mature, independent and able to work with various business units
