Our client is a significant property owner in Hong Kong with a large portfolio of iconic properties in Hong Kong, and we are now partnering together in search of a high calibre candidate with tenancy related legal knowledge to join them and responsible for all tenancy related documentation works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare all leasing related documentations include but not limited to: tenancy agreement, license agreement, letter of attorney, contracts, offer letters and etc.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal audit, finance and legal departments on reviewing all documentations and ensure all are in compliance with regulations
• Manage and handle the administration system and process
• Responsible for other ad hoc duties assigned by management

Personal Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Law or any relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences, previous working experiences in legal firm is not a must but definitely an advantage
• Solid legislative knowledge in real estate industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
