Based in the Hong Kong office, the Administrative Manager will report directly to company directors.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Manage full spectrum of daily office administration and facilities maintenance functions including workplace safety, equipment maintenance and office supplies procurement, insurance arrangement
• Liaise with different shipyards for pricing, boat ordering and shipping
• Cooperate with after sales and operations team
• Supervise after sales admin for quotations and invoicing
• Work closely with sales department to handle client requests
• Support sales department in preparation of sales contracts
• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources including recruitments, payroll & administration, staff leave records and attendance updates, employee on boarding, relation and discipline, employee development and training, etc
• Provide secretarial support to company directors
• Assist company events and boat shows; Working outdoor may be required
• Handle ad-hoc projects tasks upon request

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong proficiency in computer skills in MS software (MS Office, Excel, Power Point)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Being proactive & cooperative with the team
• Being able to communicate in English is a must
• Being able to work closely with company directors
• Good telephone manners
• Able to work independently, well-organized, detail-minded and willing to learn
• Can complete assigned tasks within tight timeline
• Organised and systematic
• Being able to build good team spirit
• Experience of managing a team
• Hands on and problem solver
