Responsible Officer SFC Type 1,4,9.

Responsibilities

• According to the company's strategic deployment, set up a relevant license team, and put forward business development goals, leading the team to achieve the goal.
• Act as Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC regulated activities of the company.
• Oversee daily operation including dealing, settlement, assessment, risk management, execution and customer service.
• Participate in transformation project to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of process.
• Review and update risk control, operational policies and procedures.
• Responsible for local and oversea Fund Set-up, Operation and Management.
• Responsible for investment products launching.
• Deliver investment performances according to established risk and return targets of each portfolio.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Degree in related discipline.
• Current SFC RO license holder in any part or all of Type 1, 4, 9 regulated activities.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in Securities & asset management.
• Solid experience in PRC market, occasional travel is required.
• Proactive, good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, Mandarin is must.
• Frequent travel is required (eg. PRC).
