Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Wheelock daily treasury activities and portfolio management
• Assist in managing corporate cash flow projection, deposit placement, foreign exchange and inter-account transfer transactions, arranging banking facilities and preparing financial analysis and market updates
• Loan administration & monitoring
• Prepare regular treasury reports to facilitate management’s decision making
• Close liaison with bankers
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with financial institutions and joint venture partners
• Assist treasury operations whenever needed
• Ad hoc assignments and projects

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or other related discipline
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience preferably acquired from large corporations or banks
• Good knowledge in listing rules, laws and regulations related to the job
• Outgoing, dynamic, analytical and detail-minded and capable of meeting tight schedules and working under pressure with minimal supervision
• Responsive and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skill with good numeric and business sense
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Advanced knowledge in MS word and Excel
