Responsibilities

• Handle month-end closing and reporting with monthly management account and related analysis
• Prepare cash flow, budget and forecast and analysis on cost control for managerial use
• Ensure that financial records are maintained in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Assist in daily operations, company projects and related administrative work
• Assist in system build-up to improve and streamline operating procedures
• Liaise with auditors and professionals
• Any ad hoc assignment as directed by the management

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Recognized professional accounting qualification is a plus
• 3-5 years relevant experience in handling full set of accounts
• Familiar with MS Office and knowledge in computerized accounting software is preferred
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Self-motivated, responsible, detailed minded, able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is preferred
