Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales staff in retail branches to identify customers’ insurance needs and drive insurance sales to achieve target
• Conduct training to enhance insurance product knowledge and market updates for sales staff
• Maximize bancassurance business and distribution channels for optimizing sales activities
• Review the sales process and develop guidelines in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
• Monitor sales performance and provide solutions to problems identified

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant bancassurance/insurance sales experience gained in the banking industry
• Professional licensing qualifications per local regulatory bodies requirement
• Good team player with strong insurance product knowledge and business drive
• Proficient in English and Chinese
