Job Responsibilities:

• Study and ensure the operations procedures are in adherence to Head Office Standard Procedures, Branch policies, HKMA guidelines, local/global regulatory requirements and market practices
• Prepare Branch procedural circulars, regular reminders or special publication for internal distribution
• Make general broadcast of Head Office daily Operations Circular to all concerned departments and follow up with issues to ensure timely responsive results
• Prepare all kinds of regular & ad hoc reports to Management, Head Office and local regulators.
• Maintain all the Branch Forms, perform regular update with relevant departments
• Assist the Team Lead to further plan and enhance the internal control processes
• Participate in ad-hoc exercise in response with the inspections and examinations by auditors, authorities, or regulators

Job Requirements:

• Degree qualified
• At least 2-3 years of experience each in KYC review and operations control/planning in banking industry
• Sound knowledge in regulatory requirements and experienced in banking procedures
• Fast learner and is able to work independently
• Strong communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English
• Excellent computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
