Responsibilities:

• Responsible for banking product project management & development over digital channels
• To leverage data and analytics to gain insight
• Conduct researches on the best and evolving market practice to define the most efficient and customer-friendly UXUI throughout the entire customer journey
• Lead/coordinate the implementation of key digital initiatives including digital product / servicing / platform project
• collaborate with product owners, business users and software development team for delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, e-Commerce or related discipline
• More than 7-year working experience in digital channel development and management
• Strong knowledge of digital banking products such as e-banking and mobile banking platform
• Familiar with agile methodology
• Self-motivated, independent, diligent and able to work under pressure and overtime to execute projects
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
