工作职责

1. 负责业务策划，主导并带领团队推进投融资项目，明确任务；
2. 依据融资任务及可用融资资源，接触金融机构并负责谈判；组织中介入场，统筹各个中介机构完成项目；
3. 积极开拓金融市场，与国内外目标融资机构沟通，建立多元化的企业融资渠道，与各金融机构建立和保持良好的合作关系；
4. 对潜在投资项目进行初步研究，推动项目立项与投资决策，完成投资谈判、协议签署等工作；
5. 承办公司领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求

1. 学士或以上，金融、会计、财经等相关专业。；
2. 7年以上相关工作经验；
3. 极强的沟通表达能力和统筹组织能力；
4. 擅长建立财务模型，有较强的调研能力。
5. 善于有自我激励，抗压能力强；
6. 具良好的 Microsoft Office操作能力；
7. 具良好的中、英文读写及沟通能力，能操流利普通话。

Job Description

1. In charge of business planning, lead a team to manage investment projects and financing projects.
2. Negotiate and liaise with financial institutions and relevant parties in terms of financing and transactions; liaise and organize relevant parties to complete the deals.
3. Communicate and maintenance good relationship with target financial institutions in Hong Kong, the PRC and overseas in order to devise diversified financing solutions.
4. Handle preliminary studies on potential investment projects, draft proposals and follow up investment projects..
5. Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 7 years of relevant experiences, with sound track record on M&A deals, financing and investment projects.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
4. Strong abilities on building financial models and dual diligence.
5. Strong sense of self-motivation and able to work under pressure.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
7. Proficient in written Chinese. Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin.
