Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support functions to Relationship Managers include but not limited to client servicing, documentation checking with regards to corporate banking and trade finance products;
- Handle and process customer enquiries efficiently and effectively and ensure all requests are followed through timely and thoroughly;
- Liaise with internal / external counterparts to ensure smooth and compliant with business operation.
- Prepare sales management reports and analysis for senior management review;
- Handle administrative duties in Corporate Banking Department;
- Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Department Head.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or business related disciplines;
- Minimum 7 years’ client servicing experience in Corporate Banking with good product knowledge;
- Good team player, detailed-oriented with excellent customer service mindset;
- Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Power point and Word
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
