Purpose of the Role:

• Ensure delivery of high quality of agent bank services to customers without having any mistake, incurring any financial loss and receiving any complaint.
• Engage in pre-execution works including documentation, structures, etc.
• Liaise with customers, lenders, lawyers and other related parties in relation to condition precedent documents, waiver, amendment, etc.
• Organise and hold borrower/ lenders meeting and prepare the reports
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the HOD

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong management with key stake holders both within MUFG and external parties
• Work in partnership with colleagues across the region to ensure delivery of integrated agent bank services to customers
• Work in partnership with wider product departments and relationship managers in administering and monitoring the transactions
• Liaise with customers at a counterpart level to replay specific information and to respond rountine queries
• Primary responsible for the pre-execution works including review of and making comments on the documents
• Liaise with customers, lenders, lawyers and other related parties to the CP documents, waiver, amendment etc.
• Arranging meetings/conference calls with the customers, lenders, lawyers and relat3ed parties and preparing reports
• Ensure the original documents and other important documents have been received, recorded and kept in the safe-vault.
• Monitor the events and report any irregularities to the Head in a timely manner
• Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by the HOD
• Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines

Requirements:

• Degree qualified
• At least 5 years' experience in agent bank services or similar operations for regional business including corporate syndicated loans, bonds and securities
• Strong stakeholder  management skills to collaborate with customers, other departments, branches and subsidiaries
• Strong organisation skills and attention to details
• Good interpersonal skill to deal effectively with others
• Able to accomplish multi-assignments and complex deals within deadlines
• Experiences in agent bank services for cross-border corporate syndicated loans, ECA finance and the payment mechanics
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office
