Responsibilities:

• Monitor corporate finance projects, including M&A and other corporate finance transactions, and ensure the quality in accordance with the internal policies and external regulations;
• Provide assistance in developing and maintaining effective business relationship with internal and external parties.;
• Discover and investigate potential investment opportunities for the listed company, including identification of targets, screening and negotiation;
• Execute external investment or M&A to projects, including preliminary research, due diligence, financial modeling, negotiation, and coordination;
• Reviewing and negotiating financing and investment related documents in the transactions;
• Coordinating the third party consultants for M&A project (financial, legal, taxation, valuation);
• Participate in operating management after project M&A;
• Participate in the project of capital financing in both ECM and DCM(such as stock issuance, placing)Including expanding financing channels, formulating financing plans, etc;
• Provide suggestions and assistance to the management in making strategic development plan.

Requirements:

• University Graduate or above in Finance, Economics or related discipline; preferably with CFA / CPA / MBA qualifications
• Familiar with listing rules and other regulatory requirements
• About 5 to 8 years’ corporate finance or investment operation experience with M&A
• Holder of Representative Licenses under SFC regulated activities for Type 6 or listed company working experience is preferable.
• Excellent co-ordination and communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese with a fluency in Mandarin
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
