The Job:

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints by phone, email or mail etc. (in call center or front desk environment);
• Initiate recommendations for quality service improvements by taking account of customer feedback;
• Participate in operations/ system enhancement projects;
• Support general operation of Wealth Management Department;
• Assist to design and implement operational procedures complied with internal guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements;
• To liaise and co-ordinate with sales team & other internal departments;
• Perform any other job duties or projects as assigned by team supervisor.

Requirements:

We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK.

• Degree holder in business or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant customer service experience, preferably gained in financial institutions;
• Possess SFC type 1 & 2 licenses or qualified to be registered under SFC in relevant regulated activities;
• Experience in other industries' call center or customer service/complaint handling center will also be considered;
• Good understanding of the global financial market and various financial instruments will be an advantage;
• ​Customer focused and have strong interpersonal and problem solving skills;
• Good communication skills with high level of customer service attitude and professional telephone manner;
• Good PC knowledge (MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint);
• Good command written & spoken English and Chinese including fluency in Putonghua.
