The Job:

• Assist Compliance team to provide daily compliance advice to business and identify compliance risks
• Collaborate with business to establish sound internal controls, policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risks and to ensure business in compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements
• Carry out compliance functions including maintaining restricted list, performing AML checking, handling wall crossing and post completion filing review
• Liaise with overseas offices on compliance matters
• Conduct compliance and risk management reviews and surveillance exercises
• Work with Group Legal and Group Compliance on ad hoc compliance projects

Requirements:

We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK.

• Degree holder in Law / Finance or related disciplines
• Relevant experience in banking, investment banking or regulatory experience
• 3 years or above of experience in compliance/regulatory areas in structured finance
• Good knowledge of execution flow of structured loan, syndicated loan and asset finance transactions
• Possess knowledge about Equity/Debt Capital Markets business is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
• Detail-oriented, self-initiative and responsible
