Job Description
Our Client in Financial Service Industry is recently looking for a Trading Support Manager for their rapid growth in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support critical trading applications within a distributed multi-server environment, covering the Asian and US markets
- Tier 2 Support and may work directly with traders
- Coordinate MR, UAT and handle system changes and SIT
- Work closely with Dealing, Operations, Infrastructure and Development teams
- Develop scripts and other tools to support our trading systems operations as required
- Involve odd hours support and testing
- Investigates, manages and resolves production incidents and problems and managed external relationships with vendors and consultants.
- Document incidents and updating procedures
Requirements
- University Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Strong interest in the finance industry and capital markets
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes, Linux/Unix, Windows Server and IIS
- 5+ years of experience in supporting Trading Systems, include but not limited to Ayers, ABC FO/BO, Bloomberg, SharpPoint, Viewtrade, InteractiveBrokers, TTL, ULLINK, etc.
- Solid project management and analytical skills with OMD-C, OMD-D and SDNET of HKEX
- Good technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills under pressure
- Proactive, highly motivated, team spirit, forward thinking
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required
