Responsibilities 

• Review and assess credit applications for customers;
• Responsible to perform cash and securities collateral settlements transfer and reconciliation;
• Monitor the collateral exposure instantly to ensure the proper actions are taken for credit risk control purpose;
• Review loan limit and position limit of clients from time to time and perform stress test periodically;
• Work closely with front line and follow up on margin calls and limit excesses when necessary and ensure exceptional approvals are properly documented;
• Participate in system implementation / UAT in formulating, developing, assessing on tools, workflows, systems, which enhancing the end-to-end experience on credit under the Credit Architecture framework;   
• Maintain systems and controls to ensure the company in full compliance with rules and regulations;
• Assist in the formulation and revision of credit policy, credit process, lending guidelines, credit manuals and portfolio strategy in accordance with the changing market environment.

Requirements 

• Bachelor Degree, preferably from Risk Management, Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline;
• Knowledge of financial analysis techniques and 1-2 years of working experience in the banking industry or financial institution will be an advantage;
• Cooperative, responsible, detail minded and meticulous person with positive attitude, good stress management and fast paced working style;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
