Responsibilities:

• Perform due diligence, market research, financial analysis, modeling, forecasts and regulatory check
• Execute a wide range of corporate finance and capital market transactions including pre-IPO investment, IPOs, mergers & acquisitions and financial advisory for Hong Kong and PRC clients
• Work with bankers and other professional parties on the transactions
• Maintain relationship with clients
• Assist in business development
• Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or above degree in law or business subjects, preferable with qualified accountant qualification
• Solid experience in handling Hong Kong corporate finance transactions
• Valid SFC Type 1, 6 license
• Sound knowledge of the Listing Rules and the Takeovers code and relevant rules and regulations
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skill
• Analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
