Job Description:

• Fully understand remittance business, internal system, and operational workflow of the bank

• Continuously update the latest development of local and international payment and clearing platforms, standards and technologies (such as SWIFT, RTGS, FPS, cross-border RMB clearing, E-banking, cash management services, and etc.)

• Fully understand and continuously updated AML regulatory requirements / guidelines related to payment business

• Support daily operations of remittance, AML screening, transaction processing and reconciliation, follow up system errors
• Responsible of existing product and processing enhancement (such as analyze and identify high risk and ineffective processing in the system function and workflow, operation control measures), and new product development projects (including system user requirements, UAT testing, user handbook, operational procedure, user training)
• Communicate and cooperate with multiple parties including customers, operational staff, local and head office IT staff, system vendors related to the projects

Requirements:

• University degree or above, IT or Engineering related majors are preferred
• At least 3-5 years banking operation or IT project experience
• Solid knowledge on SWIFT/RTGS payment system
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Excellent command of spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• A good team player, detail-oriented with good organizational skills
