Responsibilities:

• Responsible for initiating and exploring financing channels from all currently available financing sources in Hong Kong for generation of liabilities/equity in the CTC, with specialty on bond issuance or other financial instruments issuance;
• Assist Management to manage DCM deal sourcing and syndicate function including but not limited to deal process, price bargaining, term sheet structuring;
• Liaise with investors, other departments and customers to ensure efficient and effective communication among all parties;
• Lead the overall end to end process to expedite the revenue generation and risk control;
• Supervise development credit applications and monitor client portfolio;
• Supervise allotted account portfolio and ensure excellent customer service;
• Preparation of management reports for identification of business opportunities and internal monitoring;
• Analyse all business objectives and ensure achievement of all product mix for all relationships with customers;
• Maintain knowledge on all bank products in order to provide efficient customer services;
• Ad hoc projects assigned by department head.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Business Studies or relevant disciplines, professional qualification CPA/CFA is preferable;
• Holder of Representative licenses under HKMA/SFC regulated activities for Type 1, 4 & 9 is preferable;
• 5 to 8 years or above working experience in the field of finance sectors or treasurer in Corporate, experience in DCM is preferable;
• Positive work attitude and good team player;
• Proactive and strong communication skills;
• Strong attention to figures and details with good organization skills;
• Able to work under pressure, self-motivated, detail minded and able to manage multiple tasks;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Literate in Microsoft office applications;
• Less experience will be considered the position of AVP.
