Cheung & Sons Holdings Limited is currently looking for an Investment Manager (real estate investment & financing) as part of their 2020 plans for their investments team based in Hong Kong headquarter with a focus on real estate deals in HK, China, UK and Japan.

Assisting the senior members of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the acquisition and disposition activities in the group
• Liaising with various external parties to seek for investment & financing opportunities in the target regions
• Assessing new investment opportunities by creating and maintaining complex financial models to track performance
• Reviewing and negotiating financing and investment related documents in the transactions
• Preparing investment & credit proposals, financial models, comparable analysis, valuation model, sensitivity analysis for Senior Management’s approval
• Coordinating the third party consultants for project due diligence (financial, legal, taxation, marketing, engineering, valuation)
• Compiling performance data and performing portfolio analysis and benchmarking
• Preparing pitching materials to seek for joint venture investment & financing partners
• Maintaining and enhancing professional skills, abilities and relationships to enhance performance within the real estate investment & financing industry
• Managing junior staff to support the daily operation of the team

To qualify, candidates will possess:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law, Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines 
• At least 4-6 years solid experience in acquisition & financing (in real estate) from property developers/real estate funds/ asset management companies (AMCs)
• A team-player with excellent coordination, negotiation and communication skills
• Familiar with the process of investment and financing underwriting and structuring & relevant regulatory requirements
• Astute commercial sense, strong analytical skills and superior critical thinking
• Highly attention to details
• Able to multi-task and focus on delivering results
• Able to work independently and occasional travel is required
• Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Real estate experience is a MUST

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Investment Manager
