Cheung & Sons Holdings Limited is currently looking for a Manager in post investment management & financial control as part of their 2020 plans for their asset management team based in Hong Kong headquarter with a focus on real estate direct investment & financing, agricultural, educational and mining business.

Assisting the senior members of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Actively managing & monitoring existing investment portfolio by working closely with internal & external parties
• Reviewing investment structures and asset underwriting to recommend potential performance improvements
• Formulating and executing the asset enhancement plan independently
• Performance tracking on existing investment & financing portfolio by onsite and offsite review
• Preparing quarterly & annual internal and external reporting documents to management, lender and investors
• Implementing effective internal control and corporate governance in the group
• Delivering net property income growth and valuation gain targets by managing the annual operating budgets, cost planning and controls
• Supporting the deal underwriting for the acquisition and business development team

• Closely monitoring cash flow and perform distribution analysis, and facilitate distribution process
• Monitoring the daily operation of accounting team in the group

• Attending board meeting & management meetings for portfolio companies upon request
• Managing junior staff to support the daily operation of the team

To qualify, candidates will possess:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law, Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines
• At least 4-6 years solid experience in Big 4 accounting firm
• Strong financial management background, good working knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis with an operational and strategic blend
• A team-player with excellent coordination, negotiation and communication skills
• Able to work independently and occasional travel is required
• Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Certified in AICPA/ ACCA/ HKICPA is a MUST

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Portfolio Manager.
