Our client,a Top-tier PRC Investment Bank, is now looking for an AVP to join their team.

Job Duties:

• Execution of a full spectrum of corporate finance assignments, including IPO, M&A exercises and corporate finance advisory transactions;
• Collaborate with clients and professional parties, covering drafting of documentations, conduct due diligence as well as liaising with all regulatory authorities;
• Prepare pitching documents such as proposals and information memorandum; 
• Keep abreast of corporate developments, SFC rules and regulations;
• Provide on-going support, project highlights for maintaining close relationship with investors, investees and business partners.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Laws or related discipline; Holder of Representative License for SFC Type 6 regulated activity;
• With 2 - 4years of working experience relevant to corporate finance, preferably with IPO execution experence;
• Solid exposure and knowledge of Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and relevant regulatory requirements is a plus.
