Job duties :

• Perform project sourcing, screening and market research to acquire market investment opportunities for the group and provide investment strategies for Senior Management
• Participate in the full acquisition cycle in investment and development projects, including but not limited to financing project analysis, selection, project establishment, risk analysis, project negotiation, due diligence, designing transaction structure, financial modeling, drafting related documents, etc.
• Support the underwriting, feasibility study of potential projects
• Responsible for contacting financial institutions and investment institutions to find financing capital and projects
• Liaise with professional parties such as auditors, lawyers, relevant regulatory bodies for annual audit exercise and as well as tax filing
• Conduct site inspection for collecting market information maybe required

 Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above in finance, economics and other related majors
• At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience in investment analysis, research, M&A
• Experience in corporate strategy development in real estate is a plus
• Have an overseas investment exp. is a must, familiar with real estate investment and development process in SEA region (especially in Japan / Thailand) and have successful experience in the actual operation of fund raising and capital analysis is preferable
• Proficient in applying various investment analysis/valuation methods and tools
• Well-developed financial modeling skills with strong analytical mind
• Strong investment and financing ability and capital operation ability
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
