Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities, evaluate customers’ needs as well as solicit new business
- Assist Head of Marketing to supervise and coach subordinates to ensure efficient, accurate and quality service being provided to dealers and customers
- Relationship maintenance with existing dealers, develop and enlarge dealer base
- Prepare credit proposal for customer and conduct annual reviews for the dealership accounts
- Assist Head of Marketing to monitor overall loan quality position and minimize impairment loss
- Promote and cross-sell the Bank’s products and services
- Ensure strict compliance with the Bank/HKMA prevailing compliance and regulatory policies/guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Sound knowledge of hire purchase/leasing finance business with good credit sense
- Good leadership and communication skills
