Our bank is a strong based retail bank.

Duties:

• Lead a small team to be responsible for the property valuation tasks including estimation of property value, site visit, liaison with legal/compliance/accounting/business/marketing teams, external surveyors/developers/realtors
• Keep abreast of market information, statistics, customer behaviors and trends of property values and compile professional reports of these info for reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

• Degree education in risk management, finance, property valuation or relevant with around 6 to 8 years relevant work experience in bank
• Strong knowledge of local property market, major players and stakeholders. Exposure to US and UK markets are advantages but not essential.
• Strong communication skills in Chinese and English
