Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up incoming enquires & complaints;
- Coordinate with customer and engineer for service arrangement;
- Handle the delivery of goods and logistics;
- Clerical support such as preparing Quotations, PO & inventory reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in business, logistics or equivalent disciplines;
- Over 1 year experience in customer service and sales administration;
- Good communication skills, self-motivated, work under pressure and independently;
- Fresh graduate will be considered.
