Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and follow up incoming enquires & complaints;
  • Coordinate with customer and engineer for service arrangement;
  • Handle the delivery of goods and logistics;
  • Clerical support such as preparing Quotations, PO & inventory reports.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in business, logistics or equivalent disciplines;
  • Over 1 year experience in customer service and sales administration;
  • Good communication skills, self-motivated, work under pressure and independently;
  • Fresh graduate will be considered.
