Responsibilities:

- Complete equity sales tasks to institutional investors across Asia Pacific

- Engage and foster relationships with these corporate clients, comprehend their needs and preferences, provide them updated research reports, as well as provide appropriate advice accordingly

- Collaborate with internal departments including compliance, IT, credit, and client services, for ensuring smooth operation  

- Ensure sales activities are in complied with SFC regulations and internal policy

Requirements:

Tertiary educated, with majoring in Finance or Economics. A minimum 2 years' relevant experience in institutional 
business within the financial industry. The ideal candidate will be having a good understanding about the holistic 
sales process of both private placement and public offering products across Hong Kong and China. Well versed 
in local regulations, a capability of integrating resources and priority tasks. Excellent language literacy in
 Cantonese, English and Putonghua will be required.
