Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop databases and modelling by providing financial analysis and published research regularly;
• Familiar with Hong Kong equity, China A shares market and prepare Hong Kong listed, A/H shares and market updates on a regular basis (daily / weekly), familiar with DJI and Nasdaq will be an extra advantage;
• Oversee the Equity Research team, develop in-depth company and industry research reports and initiate professional investment recommendations to portfolio manager;
• Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities in connection with respective implementation of projects;
• Acquaint with the senior management of listed companies, get opportunity to engage with key industry participants as well as to regularly meet with senior fund managers in Hong Kong and the Mainland China;
• Responsible for equity analysis, writing research, and arranging Clients events; and
• Passion in Equity Research and Asset Management is a MUST.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, with a minimum 3 year experience in Equity Research or Private Equity, especially in A share market
• Holder of CFA, CPA, MBA with SFC license Type 4 regulated activity preferred
• Self-motivated and strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong financial modelling and data processing skills are also essential
• Demonstrated ability to write high quality, evidence-based projects or reports
• Excellent command of written & spoken English & Mandarin
• Ability to generate new ideas and possibilities, and to see business opportunities from a novel perspective
