Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the overall department and undertake its settlement-related functions, including trade reconciliation, fund deposit/withdrawal, corporate actions, SI, CCASS operations, client information and settlement system maintenance;
• Communicate with internal and external parties (i.e. brokers and counterparties) on any settlement related issues;
• Handle accounts and settlement services request from clients;
• Monitor overall positions, experienced in handle and solve issues about transactions and settlement;
• Perform and prepare various reports regularly (i.e. daily, monthly and yearly) on risk management, dealing and finance & accounting departments;
• Assist in reviewing and updating Settlement Manuals;
• Handling other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required;

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above, prefer in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experiences in financial industry, work mainly in securities firm will be an extra advantage
• Knowledge with CCASS operations preferred
• Holder of SFC Type 1 license, or Pass in HKSI Papers 1,7 & 8 is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently;
