Our client is a reputable bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a high caliber to join the group.,

Responsibilities:

• Support Department Head to lead the teams and utilize resources to well support daily operations to ensure all activities running smoothly in a good quality
• Ensure all operation activities being complied with the requirements of established policies, guidelines, card schemes and regulators;
• Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures to identify any improvement opportunities;
• Responsible for all daily activities, including investigation, risk assessment, card suspension and replacement, development/refinement of fraud detection rules and parameters (including recommendation of security enhancements to Head of CCD), Operation Policies/Guidelines update as well as participation in project developments.
• Develop and implement security measurements to protect the Bank from the risks of operation failure
• Maintain technical knowledge by reviewing card schemes’ publications
• Drive initiatives in the teams from time to time in order to increase the productivity
• Review and monitor the progress of product and system developments against targets 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience in fraud control with at least 5 years in managerial level.
• Familiar with card fraud operations in respect of card schemes; with at least 5 years solid experience in card security areas
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong time and project management.
• Good team player with strong analytical capability and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive in taking the initiative, able to work under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
