Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct follow up calls to existing clients including but not limited to AML campaign, events invitation and resources introduction to existing clients
• Outbound call campaigns to potential clients (No cold calling), assisting them in completing the application and funding process
• Financial industry research, construction of data visuals, and professional writing (that could include fact sheets, reports and/or web content)
• Prepare educational resources such as videos and commentaries to FXCM clients
• Prospective applicants will have the opportunity to work alongside passionate and talented individuals in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities that touch on all aspects of FXCM’s research agenda

Critical Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Requirements:

• Candidates should be available to work at least 16 hours per week.
• Ideal applicants will have an interest in finance, economics, business and/or statistics.
• Previous professional or academic experience in research and analysis and proficiency with Microsoft PPT and Excel is preferred.
• A top applicant will be a detail-oriented self-starter with strong English and communication skills across all mediums and a demonstrated ability to think critically.
• Native Speaker in Malay is a must
