Job Description

• Serve a designated portfolio of accounts in the Corporate Banking (some clients will allow the candidate to inherit a portfolio but some will require certain level of business development);
• Extend service by prospecting new clients, cross selling and offering suitable corporate banking services to the existing customers;
• Prepare credit proposals in accordance with delegated authority;
• Conduct regular review and take proactive measures to ensure credit quality;
• Provide guidance, coaching and support to junior members.

Requirement

• Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines;
• At least 7 years relevant experience in the Corporate Banking segments;
• Good knowledge of the corporate banking products and services (treasury, syndication loan, corporate finance etc);
• Solid experience in preparing high quality credit proposals;
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills;
• Able to work under pressure; 
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
