Job Description

Responsibilities

Set the vision for our app, in partnership with our products team, customer experience team and IT engineering team
Create consensus the app vision with key internal stakeholders including the management committee
Define the feature set, business requirements, measures of success, and roadmap for the new app
Drive and deliver these feature sets to market
Develop detailed ap project development plan, track and monitor website project progress, ensure effective implementation and perform post-implementation review after launch
Work closely with internal and external teams
Learn from customer feedback, behavioural measurements, and other data sources

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related technical field
10+ years’ work experience performing relevant product management job functions or 5+ years post-MBA experience
Concrete experience leading complex digital products through multiple lifecycles, ideally with some experience in retail banking
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is desired
Strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
Ability to clearly communicate these data insights to others
General manager / owner mentality, willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary
Ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape
Passion for mobile apps
Excellent verbal and written communication, including ability to work with and including a cross-functional team across engineers, compliance, design, and marketing
Excellent command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written; including Cantonese and Putonghua
