We are looking to hire an Investment Analyst with outstanding organizational and research skills to assist the management team in formulating our mid to long term business growth strategy and plan. The chosen candidate is expected to be a focused individual with strong proficiency in numbers and sound business acumen. Possessing domain knowledge in Telco industry would be a big PLUS for the job.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the CFO to assess companies based on the strength of their business model
• Build the Merger & Acquisition (M&A) target pipeline for the company  
• Assist M&A deal execution, responsible for target screening, negotiation, financial due diligence, deal structuring, transaction management, etc.
• Lead to deliver investment analysis report, valuation report, post-acquisition management plan, transaction agreements and other investment documents
• Monitor closely industry press and keep track of market / industry trends, opportunities, risks and new investment opportunities in Telco / Cloud and SaaS industries
• Conduct research, collect market intelligence and news updates in Telco / Cloud and SaaS industries
• Assist management team in the development of strategic business growth plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Market Research, Finance, Accounting or related Disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of solid and proven experience in conducting market research and analysis, preferably in the Telco / Cloud and SaaS industries
• CPC, Networking, TMT sector exposure is an advantage
• Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and research proficiencies
• Ability to gather, analyze data and convert it into user-friendly format with meaningful insights and recommendations provided
• Solid organizational skills and detail oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Brilliant written and verbal communication skills in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Occasionally work travel is required
