We are now inviting one dynamic, resourceful & high energy accounting professional to join our Finance Reporting team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to Senior Manager of the team

• Hands-on collection and follow up to ensure timely AR collection

• Prepare invoice, account statement and supporting documents and deliver to customer in an efficient and timely way

• Provide accurate matching of AR collection with invoice for AR clearing

• Report any bad debt or credit risk noticed

• Prepare schedules and support month-end closing

• Ad-hoc assignment

Job Requirements:

• Higher certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent

• 3 years' experience in similar position, with hands on collection in manufacturing industry experience preferred

• Good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

• Excellent command in Microsoft Excel is amust (Formulas, Pivot Tables) and knowledge of Oracle and ERP system is a plus

• Detail-oriented, good communication and problem solving skills
