Responsibilities:

• Manage Private Banking Equity Product, Advisory Platform and own the EQ P/L;
• Drive the product strategy on the larger EQ business and provide advice to Client Advisors with executable product ideas to drive bottom line;
• Ensure end to end platform readiness and robustness for product sale;
• Support investment and product performance monitoring as well as development of MIS and post transaction reporting to ensure regulatory compliance requirements as well as Company's product development and management policies;
• Provide investment advisors and relationship managers with trading ideas, market information and sales tools;
• Develop marketing materials and provide input on EQ for internal and external publications.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or Finance or equivalent; possession of CFP/CFA qualification is highly advantageous;
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in Equity and/ or Advisory, with detailed knowledge in EQ analysis, markets and end to end knowledge of product cycle;
• Substantial exposure in EQ Sales, advisory and managing FI platforms;
• Good understanding of financial markets and key investment concepts as well as portfolio construction and risk management concepts;
• Strong analytical ability, good presentation skills, with proactive and goal orientated attitude;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a must.
