Responsibilities

• To Lead various compliance related projects, including FATCA, CRS and Volcker Rule to ensure Group compliance
• Develop work plans for compliance related projects and enhance existing workflow in order to meet regulatory requirements
• To review policies, procedures and practices
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders
• To deliver compliance training to relevant staff 

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in AML/Sanctions with good understanding and application of regulatory requirements;
• Academic legal qualification desirable with university graduate
• Regional experience preferable;
• AML accreditation, such as  CAMS, would be an advantage;
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
