Our client is an FT1000 organization in TMT sector.  Their business is significant growth in the globe with operation points in over 20 countries.

The role:

• Provide hands on support and participate in the whole cycle of M&A execution, including but not limited to assess potential deals, originate and execute new business transactions
• Lead M&A deal execution, responsible for target screening, negotiation, financial due diligence, deal structuring, transaction management, etc.
• Lead to deliver investment analysis report, valuation report, post-acquisition management plan, transaction agreements and other investment documents
• Manage the overall investment process, keep track of the progress of investment projects, coordinate internal and external parties and be responsible for the integration of post-acquisition management
• Ensure all transactions are compliance with relevant rules and regulations
• Follow industry trends and investment dynamics as well as involve in the preparation of new business presentations and researches, such as market research and analysis, presentation

If you are:

• Master Degree or above in Finance related discipline
• 3+ years’ solid work experience in Chinese-capital M&A deal execution, gained in IB / PE sectors
• Professional qualification in CFA or CPA preferred
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Frequent travel is required
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
