Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare in-depth daily research and weekly equity strategy commentaries
• Provide advice on strategic activities and daily operations in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
• Attend listed companies’ results presentation and reverse roadshow, develop and maintain close relationships with senior management of listed companies, and prepare timely company and industry reports and applicable laws
• Collect and analyze economic and industry data in generating investment ideas and strategies
• Originating, evaluating and screening investment opportunities
• Originate and execute of structured finance transactions including but not limited to acquisition financing, syndication and project finance
• Conduct market research and perform due diligence process, financial and valuation analysis as well as build financial models
• Perform asset allocation

Job Requirements:

• University holder degree or above with major in Finance, Economics or Accounting
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience in Structured Finance or Investment or related areas
• A high performance and competitive track record is a must
• Good command of use of Microsoft Office. Familiar with Bloomberg would be a plus
• Ability to employ critical thinking into the investment process
• Analytical with strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Detail-minded with strong business senses
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
