Job Description
The role is based on-site with our client, a reputable global bank with a strong presence in Asia Pacific. They are looking for five Assistants / Clerks to join team.
Job Duties:
Role 1
- New campaign for Business Banking Lending Product
- Checking of document for Lending Application
- Data Input (limited system application and MS Office)
- Document Filing
Role 2
- Facilitate the review of processes and documents
- Support different scanning and document handling activities
- Perform testing during new system rollouts/ upgrades
- Ensure smooth operations with efficiency and accuracy
- Communicate with internal on daily document handling tasks
Requirements:
- Working experience preferable but not necessary
- With 1 year working experience in bank or office is a plus
- Welcome fresh graduates
- Knowledge in using MS Office
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
