Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support branch procedures, update on information system access control management
- Assist and participate on system project implementation/rollout (included documentation review & preparation, functional test of system, system risk evaluation, define testing cases, user access authority and log review report) from system access control perspective
- Support the enhancement of operational efficiency
- Perform access control administration and periodic reporting for information systems
- Perform daily operation and administrative activities on user authority application and reply user’s inquiry
- Issue the periodical user ID/profile review report and follow up the feedback and reporting
- Support internal and external audits related to system access control management
- Handle any other tasks specifically assigned by Head of SPRM
Job Requirements:
- Degree Qualified, preferably in IT related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT and banking industry
- Well organised and able to work independently
- Detail oriented and proactive with communication and interpersonal skill
- Experience in procedure manual, report and circular preparations
