Job Description
Key Responsibilities
-
- Provide rating advisory services
- Conduct credit ratings analysis report and provide rating advice for the issuers
- Participate in the due diligence of the clients and sort out financial model reports
- Support debt capital markets origination and execution
- Coordinate external counter-parties including lawyers, rating agencies and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines with professional qualification being advantage
- 5-8 years of Debt Capital Markets experience for associate position and more experience is required for senior position
- Familiarity with credit analysis/credit ratings/high yield bond covenants
- Knowledge of bond execution processes, documentation, bond math
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
