Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building up the Debt Capital Market business and principal investment portfolio of the company.
• Play a leading role in the execution and syndication of DCM related transactions, which includes documentation review, roadshow arrangement, book running and deal settlement.
• Build and maintained strong relationships with both current and new investors and DCM counter-parties including commercial banks, investment banks, private banks securities firms, funds and investment companies.
• Handle due diligence work and the preparation of marketing materials, research materials and transactional documents.
• Actively involved in on-going business development and idea generation for the team.
• To ensure all transactions are in full compliance with Company's and regulatory rules and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 - 7 years of DCM syndication or execution experience in an established Investment/Corporate Bank, or Securities Firm.
• Extensive global DCM related deal experience.
• Preferably Graduate with CPA/ CFA qualification.
• Strong Corporate Finance/Capital Markets and accounting knowledge.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin & English speaker.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Bloomberg, MS-Excel, Word and PowerPoint
