Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing initiatives by gathering market and competitors' information and situation
• Plan and formulate marketing programs and develop action plans for marketing initiatives
• Execute planned marketing programs
  
• Coordinate and co-operate with different internal channels and gather professional comments on the development of marketing programs
• Regular review of business momentum and status of the programs and suggest improvement action items
• Evaluate and recommend changes to streamline operating procedures and improve sales process and meet business target
  
• Take initiatives on new products development
• Co-ordinate with related parties to come up solutions for problems identified in daily sales activities and operations

 Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of solid experience in markeing & product, preferably in retail banking or SME marketing
• Experience in business strategy formulation
• Participation in product development is desirable
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong people management skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
