Job Description
工作職責：
1. 負責資本運作、投融資、並購重組專案過程中的相關檔，撰寫項目建議書、可行性研究報告、商業計畫書等文件；
2. 協助建立資本運營的管理制度、管理流程、戰略規劃及平臺的搭建和運營管理工作；
3. 對擬投資專案進行盡職調查，設計交易結構，估值分析或投資方案
4. 上級領導交辦的其他工作。
工作要求：
1. 商業，管理，金融，經濟，會計，法律或其他相關專業本科及以上學位，有CPA、CFA優先考慮；
2. 3年或以上投資銀行或四大審計公司相關工作經驗，有上市公司或能源行業相關經驗優先考慮；
3. 熟悉資本運作投資流程，熟悉相關行業運營模式及政策；
4. 熟悉重組、並購等業務與股權、債權、證券等投資業務；
5. 在處理盡職調查職責的實踐經驗
6. 出色的分析、組織協調、商務談判能力；
7. 流利的普通話、粵語、英語。
